The QuickSilver Connection

 

QuickSilver customers and BroadVision employees are provided the opportunity to collaborate and interact with one another for the further development and success of QuickSilver as well as create an environment of exceptional support in a business network suite known as The QuickSilver Connection. To assist our customers with any questions or concerns they may have in regards to BroadVision’s QuickSilver solution, The QuickSilver Connection network includes forums, blogs, polls, etc. for complete customer interaction and service.

 

Within The QuickSilver Connection, different communities have been created allowing customers to peruse the network and find fields of their interest. Here, they are given the opportunity to download relevant documents, participate in discussion forums, publish material on message boards, and receive overall education on the topic of interest within the community. Some communities within this external customer network include Wish List to QuickSilver, here customers can submit their opinions and ideas for the future of QuickSilver. Using the forum within this community, customers can post ideas for features that they would like to request for the future development of QuickSilver and allow others to comment and add interest to these concepts. Another community within the QuickSilver Connection is titled Users helping Users; this community was developed to be the central location for all customer support. Here not only can customers submit questions about QuickSilver and quickly receive answers from BroadVision employees, they can also receive answers and recommendations from other QuickSilver customers. These are just a few of the different communities within this external Clearvale network known as the QuickSilver Connection.

 

BroadVision encourages any and all QuickSilver users to register and join The QuickSilver Connection to receive the first-class customer service that BroadVision prides itself on providing for all of its customers. Once you have joined, please feel free to interact with BroadVision employees and customers through message boards, polls, blogs, discussion forums, and all the other collaborative tools that the network has to offer.
